The report features case studies of electronic filing systems in several jurisdictions, including New Mexico, San Francisco and New York City.
A Report to California Secretary of State Bill JonesIn early 1995, California's Secretary of State established a panel of electronic filing experts who spent six months developing a blueprint for an electronic filing system for California. Many of the subtopics of electronic filing, such as thresholds, software, standard file formats, and diskette vs. online reporting, are covered in this report.
