Absentee Ballot Hawaii

Angel Said:

If I am registered in one state, can I vote in another?

We Answered:

You will have to request an absentee ballot and get it in the mail before the deadline for California.

Everyone must vote at a place where they can check that you are actually registered, or by an absentee ballot that is mailed to you, and your mail it back, with your signature and address on outside of envelop to verify who you are.

BTW, if states started to require photo-ID's to vote, that would pretty much make voting by absentee ballot impossible, or you'd have to ge a notary to verify who you are. (before mailing ballots back)

And, even military members overseas, have to vote by absentee ballot. It really slows down final election results, because many thousands of votes come in days after most of the in-person ballots have been counted.

There - now there is no reason why you cannot vote in the election.

Good luck.
