If he wins, and that is looking more and more like it really could be the case, he would, in fact, be the deciding vote against The Supreme Idiot's health-care bill. ( Really just insurance reform, and not so much to do with health care, at all. ) But I have no doubt that the election officials will certainly try to delay seating him in the Senate if that proves to be the case. ( Remember, this is Massachusetts we're talking about. ) My bigger concern is that Obama's pets will just find another Nay voter to bribe into changing their vote. ( Harry Reid called it compromise, but had it happened anywhere outside of D.C., charges could have been filed for extortion or bribery. )

when exactly was this filmed? I noticed that there was snow in the background but it was not snowing (its supposed be snowing in MA right now but I don't know which areas).

I bet you would not condemn her if she was handing out ballots for Brown. I seem to recall conservatives arguing in past elections that absentee ballots should be admitted even if they were mailed after the cut-off date.

There is a legal question on when Kirk's term ends. Personally, unless the results are within 1%, that this should not take any longer than any other election. I read somewhere else, that there are some Democratic Senators that said they would not vote for the healthcare bill if Brown wins and his swearing in is delayed. If this is true, you have to give these guys credit.
