Why does the world's greatest democracy have so many election system problems? We Answered:
This is a great question! You notice how no one is really answering it. They all want to jump in on the ignorant and boring questions. This begs an answer, just like the question "why do so many people get upset if someone is going to raise your taxes, but don't care how the politician's WASTE our taxes, including the $10 Billion dollar a month armed occupation?"I don't know the answer to your question. 60 minutes addressed this issue and interviewed entrepeneurs who gave up on trying to create better voting technology because the government always blocked it. Hmmmmmm. I do know this: when there is large voter turn out, democrats win. It is the Republicans who always benefit from low voter turn out and failed systems.

Thoughts from anyone who voted Labour in 1997?We Answered:
Yes I voted Labour in 1997, 2001 and 2005 and will probably vote for them next time. Not because I think they are doing a good job but I dont believe that Cameron is the man to lead us out of recession. I have read his parties policies on the Economy and frankly they are poor (full of spin and very similar to Labours).
We are in the midst of the worst recession most people can remember, the Tory party should be making mincemeat of this lot (similar to the way Blair did out of Major) - I can see only a narrow victory for the Tories next time or maybe even a hung parliament. The opposition is that weak.

Are spoiled votes counted?We Answered:
Yes it is pointless. I am not totally sure about the EU Elections, but when the results in a UK General Election Constituency are declared by that Constituency's Returning Officer he announces the number of votes caste for each Candidate AND the number of spoiled ballot papers. He does not announce the number of registered voters in that Constituency which enables the percentage of people in that Constituency who did not vote for any Candidate to be calculated, although that information is printed when the election results are published in national newspapers. But the problem is nobody seems to take the slightest notice of the fact that in almost every constituency in the UK, whatever Party the winning candidate was from including Luton or indeed in the seats of the Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition, well over 50% of registered voters in that Constituency just did not (for whatever reason) vote for him or her.But basically if you think by either spoiling your ballot paper or by staying in bed instead of bothering to turn up to the polling station in a UK Election you are thereby conveying some kind of message to Gordon Brown and David Cameron that you do not support either, I am afraid that message will never be adequately noted by anybody or cared about. If on the other hand huge numbers turn up and vote for a party like UKIP or BNP that most definitely will create panic at both Conservative Party and Labour Party HQs. and make them all start listening to the people in future.

Help me check history homework? We Answered:
It first started that only property owners could vote. Then it was every white person. When this happened it was no longer only allowed to the more "rich" if you will. The "rich" tend to be more educated, so politics changed very much. Before, people didn't campaign for a government position, it was something you stood for. Also, the government didn't go year round, it only was in session for a few months a year so that people could hold other jobs.Once everyone got the right to vote, the general population knows very little about economics and how to actually guide a country, and thus the presidental election started to go to the emoational side of things. This is why in the latest election we saw more air time of obama's bowling score than we did on his foreign policy. The general people just dont critially think.
As we allow more and more people to vote, the dumbing down of politics will continue as people generally just vote for their party instead of just what they actually believe. I have personally turned a few people to other parties (not really my party as i have none) because i explained their views and they realized that another party is what they really believed in.

Is India a democracy or a congress party dictatorship? We Answered:
Mandatory voting system is best for any democracy specially for India but corrupt union never allow to implement.Congress have divided al Indian society on communal, religion and caste basis.Firstly Congress divide the nation on religion basis after getting the seat of PM they further divided Hindu in so many caste by reservation policies.Congress started ticket distribution by caste and religion basis which lead a serious division in society but Congress always in win-win position by her this tactics.
Previously every political party was against the Congress but they all failed to fight together against the congress. When BJP comes in picture a serious competitor of congress came in Indian politics.BJP is patriot political party who says every one citizen of India have equal rights which is not digestible to congress because she loose her all political base which was build by her by dividing the Indian society. If there is no any division than who will vote for corrupt congress. So she play a foul game every where and disturb the all communal harmony by her communal agenda.
Best examples are Shabano case and open the lock of Ram-mandir at Ahodhya by Rajeev Gandhi.
In between so many regional parties are arise in local politics, they further divided the Hindu votes ,Mayawati, laloo,Mulayam Sing,Chotala,Charan Sing etc.
But minority vote have not divided so who can get the vote of minority they are in plus positions because they all are getting some their Hindu votes also.So in picture of divided society Congress come again in power by the help of the all corrupt parties. But Congress have loosed her numbers drastically. But they arrange all the corrupt parties by corruption system only, even communist have given them the support in fear of BJP.
In all means all anti-social and anti-national political parties get together to share the power.Result every citizen of India facing so much high rise prices for all commodities and facing every difficulties to meet there daily expenses and big par of population even could not arrange there two time meals.
Price rises is USP of Congress. When ever Congress is in regime people always have a very high rise in prices.Manoj Kumar have made a film on it "Roti-Kapada or Makan".
Again in so skilled in economics our presnt PM faild to give two time meal to our majority of population.Even they not seems that they are worried about it in any sense.
In Parliament they have not listen what majority said to them,it is a dictatorship.Power goes in the mind of all congressi, they forget that they are answerable in democracy.
