Well...I do know also that Elena Kegan recused herself from a case herself. I'm not sure because some people do in fact recuse themselves but I'm not sure how to call this one esp since his wife was involved in anti prop 8 activity, I think it may be the right thing to do but I would think that he'd be professional enough on one end. It's a little close to call

I'm from Missouri and I think everyone most of the people in Missouri are a bunch of conservative IDIOTS... I kinda agree about the financial aid thing. Our governor just had to cut something like $50 million from our state financial aid budget. Should that money really be going to illlegal immigrants? Heck, it shouldn't even be going to out of state students.

The language thing is freaking stupid, I don't want the illegal immigrants gone. But I have to be able to pay for my education. Sorry, but I do. If they are going to keep cutting money at the rate of $50 million plus a year (yeah, there was a lot cut last year too) then someone has to watch out for the people who grew up here in MISSOURI... no Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, or Mexico... I don't care where it is.

I go to a large publicly funded university though.

But anyway, again... Missouri is full of a bunch of conservative losers... and now I sound pretty damn conservative myself I suppose :S
