well I don't live in California so I don't know about that state however I have been a registered voter for 15 years and have never received a sample ballot as far as a booklet are you talking about your voters register card? if so you'll get it in the mail before the election but it won't be enough on its own for identification so be sure to take with you to the polls a government issued photo IDZachary Said:

If CA bans weddings, the money will be spent elsewhere.
