I have considered voting absentee and then going into the polls - to see - if I am on a list of already voted or something.

Throughout my early twenties - I saw my dead grandfather - two places up the list from me and sometimes he voted. Boy was I too young and dumb to say something. But things weren't as bad as they are now.

and as far as it coming close to establishment of religion, not even close. its like saying a government branch uses a gymnasium for a polling station and saying by doing that they are saying basketball is the official sport of the US. The government uses the facilities people will let them use public or private. i would have no problem going to a synagouge to vote because im secure in my beliefs

You have to register in the state in which you claim residency. Unless you plan t travel to that state for election day, I suggest an absentee ballot.

No. All ballots get counted.

Election officials and workers are required by law to count all ballots--whether or not the margin in a particular race is close. Each ballot includes a whole list of races and referendums--all need to be tabulated.

Tell whoever said this to go back to high school and take civics again. They didn't learn anything thefirst time.
