I think ALL states should do this! Plus, anybody registering to vote should be required to prove their US citizenship when they register.
I am a legal immigrant. Every time I renew my driver's license, I am asked if I want to register to vote. It's probably a standard question but nobody ever asks me if I am a US citizen. No telling how many non-citizens are registered to vote just because a government employee asked them to register.

The only one I disagree with is foreigners buying land in the USA. Why should we allow that? Investing is one thing and even that should be balanced against our national interests and our security. I'm for free markets but I'm not for national suicide.

The fact that this so-called dream act is even being considered when we have 20% (real) unemployment should be cause for revolt in this country. At least a tax revolt if nothing else.

I intend to vote against both of my "senators", but unfortunately, they don't come up for re-election for another 4 years. My bet is that this is what all of these turn coats are counting on, the perpetual short memory of the American voters.

This went on all over the place in 2000 and 2004 as well and there weren't nearly enough prosecutions because it's so hard to prove.
Happened in lots of nursing homes and hospitals.
The use of absentee and special ballots for shut-ins is an invitation to abuse of this sort.
Any kind of mail-in ballots.

Voter fraud is so rampant in the US that we can no longer have faith in the election system.
