What do you mean you don't have enough time to mail it, but you have enough time to drop it off at another precinct? You put it in an envelope, put a stamp on it, put it in a mailbox that is scheduled to be picked up before the polls close on Tuesday evening, and you're done.It doesn't have to arrive before the polls close, it just has to be postmarked before the polls close.
IF you're worried about your vote not counting, rest assured, almost all elections are decided before the absentee votes are even opened.

you will probably have to hand deliver your ballot to a drop off placeyou can call the elections board or a news station in your area to find out where one is

You can't vote the same ballot unless you remain in the same district.You have to put in a change with your local gov.
