Federal law does not trump state law unless it is an area that the Constitution gives the Federal gov the right to intervene. The Feds can jump up and down all day long but health care unless it crosses state lines is not in their domain.

Even if the Fed somehow figured out how to make Obamacare Constitutional, it is contrary to the will of the people which violates the most fundamental principle of our nation. Being right on a technicality does not make one's actions right or justified.

Even many who might have supported some or all of Obamacare really did not like the way it was thrust down our throats and the people shall spit it back up whether or not it is legal. An unjust law is an impediment too society, as such it will be buffeted and battered until it is just so much flotsom in the raging river that is American society for Obamacare is unjust, addresses none of the problems in our health care system and is Unconstitutional. It is contrary to the independence that is core to this nations culture. It is a cancer on all that is American and shall be cut out one way or another.

I tell you what set me against it-when I refused a genetic testing for our baby (I am 37) when I was 9 weeks along, and the Ob (Who we did not return to) argued with us relentlessly, and then finally let it slip that thankfully with Obama's plan women who insist on having babies over 35 will have to have genetic testing done, it will be mandatory. My husband asked why, and she said so they will know and be able to terminate the pregnancy and not bring a child into the world who has down's syndrome.
Our cousin has a Down Syndrome child, he is 4 now, she gave birth to him at the age of 24! He is the sweetest dearest little boy ever, her comment sent chills through me and this is why I oppose Obamacare!

Because of the tendency to call perfectly respectable and responsible backyard breeders
"puppy mills". There should be investigations on a case by case basis, not ban all
breeders. Get rid of the bad ones, and let the good ones stay in business.
