Is this fedearl challenge to prop 8 going to affect gay marriage going on the ballot in 2010?

We Answered:

Just how many times do the people have to say marriage = 1 man and 1 woman before you get it through your head the people have spoken?

Beatrice Said:

Can anybody explain this sentence in simple words?

We Answered:

They seek to get funds approved by voting for bonds to operate this water improvement law or legislation.

Julie Said:

How likely is it that marijuana will be legalized through the november 2010 ballot?

We Answered:

Very likely - and Obama has said that the Federal Government won't get involved. It's LONG LONG LONG overdue.

Suzanne Said:

to no on prop 8 people, there's going to be another ballot to repeal prop 8 in 2010?

We Answered:

In the past such efforts repeal a previous successful ballot initiative have been defeated. I can't think of a repeal of one prop by another that has ever worked in CA. Yes the state is liberal, but the state is also sensative to efforts to separate church and state. Repealing prop 8 would be church at risk for lawsuits which even liberals don't want. Prop 8 would also mandate (by defacto legislation) that schools teach about homosexuality in kindergarten (which was happening), and it will allow religisous fanatics to lose their rights to be fanatics.

We a gay photographer want to be sued because they don't want to take photos of an anti-gay event? It's just that liberal has two sides, and in a free society everyone must be free to choose, not just those who are gays. In other words my right to believe homosexuality is wrong should not be terminated by a persons belief in homosexuality.
