i'm not sure, but if i had to guess, PG&E may already be close.
with some of the hydro and The Geysers, and Diablo Canyon, it may be that they're already close.
if they're approving it, i have to assume that they already have plans to reduce coal and oil, and to be able to sell credits.

We Answered:

The only way to get it passed is walk and talk. Be informed and be respectful. Mention the huge cost to the government by having marijuana illegal. Talk about the human cost; lives hurt by incarceration for pot smoking.

Pot is less harmful than alcohol, which is legal. There are so many good arguments in favor of legalizing pot.
