Absentee voting begins 35 days before primary and general elections and ends the day before the election, so you gotta register soon. You must first register to vote and when you do, you pick your party. And then you apply for an absentee ballot.

The link below should answer your question about statewide and federal elections. Since the election is in November, there may be lots of changes.

Also, candidates other than Republicans and Democrats will be on the ballot for many of the races.

Each town/city and county will also have candidates on the ballot and there may be public questions for the state, county and town/city.
