I seriously doubt they will issue you a new one. Try calling your NY township office who issued your ballot. Here in MI we can track our ballot on line to know when it arrives and is sent through the machine. Maybe they can help you find out if yours was mailed in by someone other than you or if they can void that one and send another. Time is really too short, I'm afraid. Your best bet is to turn your apartment upside down and find your lost ballot.
