2008 Democratic Presidential Candidates

Rafael Said:

Who is best 2008 democratic presidential candidate for improving the health care situation, and why?

We Answered:

The two Canidates on either side of the aisle with the most knowledge are Hillary Clinton and John Edwards; Hillary was primed to be the Health Czar during Bill's first go around until the Republicans ripped Hillary a new @sshole over her comprehensive plan (which has been determined that if had passed would have saved billions by now). John Edwards was a lawyer he had to know the health care industry and made millions in the process.. On the other side of the plank, the most knowledgable Repulican is Mitt Romney

For compassion, look to Edwards and Barrack Obama on the Democratic Side, and John McCain and Mitt Romney on the Republican side.

Peace

Morris Said:

Who will win the 2008 Democratic Presidential Nomination and why?

We Answered:

Hillary Clinton is firmly in control of the democratic party and has waaay more money than everyone else. Perhaps the strongest indication that she will be the nominee is the fact that John Kerry dropped out of the race, officially. He and she have been struggling to dominate the party over the last 3 years. Obviously, she won and he lost. The only threat to her powerbase are the most extreme of the radical leftists, who cannot stand even her pretense at being a moderate (despite rhetoric, she is a far left liberal wacko.....but unlike the other wackos, she understands the need to hide this from voters). Anyway, the crazies in the party are all behind Obama. This guy has zero chance of doing anything for a number of reasons. First of all, he has zero experience and that just isn't going to fly with all the problems we have on the world scene. Next, his politics are just a smidge to th right of Fidel Castro. That means 90% of people in this country will not vote for him. Lastly, he has a ton of skeletons in his closet. His middle name is Hussein for a reason. And nobody in this country is going to vote for a guy who has family links to radical islam like he has.

Anyway, there is little chance of any other candidate besides Clinton being nominated in '08. That is pretty sad since a poll not more than 6 months ago found that only about 10% of people would vote for her. At least she was the most popular. Even fewer people said the would vote for the next two popular guys....Al Gore and John Kerry. The dems have VERY slim pickings indeed. Probably, the biggest mistake Clinton will make is she will pickup Obama as her vice president. His problems will then become her problems. Ironically, it will hurt her almost as much if she doesn't pick him up, by completely alienating the black vote.

Even harsher are the likely GOP candidates. It basically boils down to two people....Guiliani and Tancredo. Guiliani has the great name recognition and he could easily win the election. She is Clinton's biggest nightmare because there is no way she, or any other democratic candidate could possibly win against him. He is the most probable next president of the United States. Tom Tancredo is the most powerful republican in the party currently and is the head of the conservative forces challenging the Bush agenda, especially with regard to illegal immigration. His platform is IMMENSELY popular with voters of either party. He could win the republican nomination. This will force Clinton to either side with him on immigration (alienating half her party) or oppose him on immigration (alienating the other half of her party and most everyone else in the country). That's a lose/lose situation for her. Tancredo has an uphill battle against Guiliani's popularity. Tancredo has the issues but Guiliani has the name recognition. Clinton could not possibly win against either of them. However, nobody in the democratic party has a better chance than her. And, even if they did, Clinton controls the party through her connection to George Soro's (mostly illegal) soft money contributions.

Jimmie Said:

Is there a list of 2008 Democratic Presidential Candidates who support single-payer health insurance?

We Answered:

Hmmm... would be interesting. The only thing we're hearing about is Universal...

Would be nice to have options.... but I do support Universal. We're just getting to a point in the US where we can't let the big companies rule over us like an Orwell novel...

we have to start imposing some rules on the pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies or everyone who is not a millionaire will die slowly and painfully... that is not an exaggeration....
