You can do dual enrollment. Or go to Bard College at Simon's Rock you don't have to graduate high school you go when you're sixteen or seventeen. It's in Massachussets.

I retired when I was forty, and then went back to school. The U.S. had just been attacked and my history prof.s openly denounced going after any nation that gave refuge to terrorists. They wanted instead, to have open dialogue with the perpetrators and negotiate as all reasonable people should. My German History prof. was probably one of the biggest on this. Being somewhat older than he, I couldn't help myself... I asked about Neville Chamberlain's negotiating away the Sudatenland (wasn't even his) to Hitler for the guaranty of peace.. Before he could respond, I pointed out that the liberal mindset is to "make everything even -- the playing field, by passing laws -- taking away from one to give to another... This is what Hitler did, Stalin too. So, in effect, it IS possible to go so far to the left that you end up on the extreme right. A dictatorship. My prof. did not care much for me, but he HAD to reward me with an A in his class.
Yes, it's a sad fact that most teachers and their union do not support anything put out by a Republican. They ARE after all, democrats. Funny, Lincoln was a Republican. Very much hated too. He fought to free the slaves and restore the union. The democrats? They were against all of this. Things haven't really changed all that much. 'Ceptin' the ancestors of the slaves almost all vote democrat now... Hmmm....
