Candidates For 2008
Velma Said:
Your thoughts on the 2008 candidates for president? We Answered:
No. The U.S. will come it its knees if we chose these candidates. Hillary, Obama, and Huckleberry are ALL for continuing the war. So, they will support bigger spending and bigger government, and we can't afford it since our dollar is very weak. Yet, there's Ron Paul. He has conservative views, libertarian views, and a strict Constitutionalist. Since he follows the Constitution a whole lot, he is for eliminating the Dept. of Education. That means, the states will run their own programs. Seriously, ever since we had this department, our education has gone down the drain. Not to forget, they eat a whole chunk of money from school programs. So let the states run their own, and save their money from a useless dept. Ron Paul is wanting to withdraw our troops not only from Iraq and Afghanistan, but from Japan, Korea, and Germany. Since we overspend, our dollar becomes weak because we don't have a backed currency. So let's bring the troops home, and you wouldn't pay any taxes to sustain that. They'll instead protect our borders here, where they belong. This is a man im really wanting to be president, not only for me, but for your future generarions. Had you seen our national debt? It's 9trillion dollars! Ron Paul is for downsizing government agencies and spending. Hopefully, if elected, means we wouldn't suffer in the future paying taxes, while the government continues heavy spending. I hope you liked the ideas.Restore hope.

Which of the 2008 candidates are taking a firm stand AGAINST gay marriage and abortion? We Answered:
Mike Huckabee is against both abortion and gay marriage, and would sign bills banning both. Romney claims to be against both, yet just a few years ago he adamantly supported both. Thompson claims to be against them, yet neither he nor Romney would sign a bill banning them. Check out Huckabee on the issues at www.mikehuckabee.com and click on the "issues" tab near the top.
