We Answered:

It's a whole new changed world baby!

Anti white racism is the new "in" thing. Get used to it.

Seth Said:

Could we compare Obama to former presidential candidate Adlai Stevenson?

We Answered:

No.

Because Stevenson never Hated America, like Obama does.

But both could sure talk and bull****.

Good question.

Monica Said:

What political party does Senator Byrd and former Presidential candidate David Duke belong to?

We Answered:

When Dukes tried to run for office if I remember correctly he ran as a Republican and was pretty much run out of town on a rail. Byrd is a Democrat that has been reelected repeatedly. Is there a double standard for the left and the right? Sure looks that way.

Denise Said:

Is former Republican presidential candidate Rep.David Duke racist?

We Answered:

Do polar bears crap on the ice?

Laurie Said:

What do you think of this quot by former presidential candidate, Shirley Chisholm?

We Answered:

This is a very interesting question. While I cannot speak to Ms. Chisholm's experience (but do know African Americans of both sexes who would question it), I was recently asked a similar question by a friend. Namely, the question was whether I felt I'd experienced more discrimination as a bisexual woman or as a religious Jew. What wasn't asked, but which I think is highly pertinent as well, is my experience as a biracial woman. That's a factor too.

But while I've encountered name-calling and such on the basis of all of these, it is in many cases very difficult to know why one might be mistreated. We seldom have great insight into those who reject us and their reasons and motives. Perhaps in my case, they don't like tall women. Or computer geeks. Or people who are very outspoken. Maybe they find me pedantic or think I'm a snob. They may not even correctly identify me: in Miami, I am often mistaken for Cuban. When I wear a snood (a Jewish women's hair covering) and dress modestly, I've been mistaken for an Arab or Muslim and insulted because of that.

Ms. Chisholm may or may not have had good reason for identifying her difficulties more with her sex than her race. I don't know. I do know I'd have great difficulty disentangling these issues.
