Old saying goes: "Divide & conquer", that`s what illegals and their mentors are doing. Pitting (dividing) Feds. against state & city law enforcers & politicians, and these PHATheads are letting themselves be BAMBOOZLED by illegals` supporters.As long as this goes on, and every law enforcement agency does not stand up as ONE, and fight against this ruination of U.S. the illegals will be pouring in and LAUGHING at Americans naivete/ignorance.

States seems to be using "It's a Fed law so they're responsible for enforcing it" as a way of getting around Federal law.
Each states needs to be responsible for the way they handle illegal immigration. If special training is needed, fine, let the Feds train local police and sheriff depts so that they can handle it themselves. There is not enough Federal law enforcement around to cover every city, state and county. That was the purpose of starting local enforcement, to cover their own areas.
