Its definitely not conveyed enough that Obama actually had more 'in the trenches' experience than Mrs. Clinton.

Obama's life experience..all that he represents is what America needs to regain its respect in this world. We need to show the world that we have not simply replaced Bush with another face...but put to rest the ideology behind his policies that has strangled this country for decades.

Everything, from his mixed race, his international exposure, his parents mixed beliefs, his intelligence, his obvious dedication to what is 'right' over what merely might make him wealthy, his ability throughout his political career to understand the people he was working with and bring opposite sides together...as well as his understanding that this is a pluralistic society we live in where I (an evangelical independant) and my neighbor (a Republican) and my father (a Dem) need to be able to work together..and that starts with respecting each others views and listening.

He has the 'all around' experience that we need in 2008.

Its a new day.

Blagoyavich is a Chicago machine politician, inserted into Illinois politics as part of the take-over of Illinois by the Daily political machine. Blagoyavich is so leftist and so anti self -reliance (anti-conservative) I'm surprised he would say such a thing. - He does have the plus feature of being somewhat humanitarian.
I'm glad he has the political savy to see the negatives of such irrational attacks on a good candidate.
All the Democrats should take a lesson from his observations and realize their attacks on Palin are hurting their credibility.
Please keep in mind, prior to Obama's national recognition, Blagoyavitch wanted to run for President. That significant issue may have a an influence on his statements.

Being in the same picture with Bush will hurt McCain. If he sides with Bush on any issue---ANY ISSUE---he will get hurt. People are sick of the mistakes made by this administration, they've stopped believing in the decision making ability of this president, and they're looking for a new direction.
