Sounds as they qualify for it after election, if not before. On the aside, I sympathize with Obama. The expectations people have of him could end with his political crucifixion. It's no good people looking for magic or "leaders" to solve their problems. Politicians can only do what the voters will support. It's therefor vital that at least a critical mass of people define and engage with the issues they want dealt with - study them, think, and participate in the community and political actions to deal with them. Instead, most people dodge their own responsibilities and their own adulthood by looking for a Messiah or other "Big Daddy". And most, clinging to what's familiar, want to avoid any personal costs anyway. My Arab Grandpa, descended from generations of tribal leaders, taught me "The King is a Dead Man - and only knowing that gives him the strength to do what is necessary for the good of his people". It's a hard ethos. That's probably why he migrated.

Yes and it seems Obama's good friend and co-chairmen of his transition team was candidate #1.

It appears that Obama friend Valerie Jarrett, an incoming senior White House adviser, is the person referred to repeatedly in court documents as "Candidate 1." That individual is described as a woman who is "an adviser to the president-elect" and as the person Obama wanted appointed to the Senate seat.

Seems the flood gates are starting to open.
