For local stuff I say check your state's sec. of state web site (assuming they run elections in your state).

Interesting. A lot of them are against the use of cats and dogs and bulls etc. as production machines and entertainment, but what about the exploitation of farm animals for profits and the palate? How is killing an animal to make money and buying it because you like how it tastes not animal cruelty?

I wish one of these politicians would be consistent in their approach to nonhuman animal relations and at least be publically vegan.
