I don't know what the Paul's take is on corporate personhood. Personally, I have issues with it and the false claims that this is a victory for free speech since corporations aren't natural humans, but artificial constructs. This is an issue that actually divides libertarians and one that isn't nearly as discussed as it should be.This ruling also opens up the door for foreign investors to influence American politics since many corporations have foreign investors.
Employees and CEO's of large corporations were never denied freedom of speech, so claiming that this is a victory for free speech is false.
I can understand why corporations don't like the Paul's and favors other Republicans/Democrats. With a small federal government, they have no real lobbying power.
