No, but you can try this... download youtube videos of political candidates and instead of converting to a usable video file, convert it to an audio file (be it WAV or MP3).
Then you'll have endless material to choose from.

I think they are desperate for people in the US to vote more so it will give your political system more credibility...

Either that or it is a test to determine how well the candidates will stick to their guns, when there is political pressure (votes) to change their views.
