A few years ago, in a debate between two candidates for Senate in Colorado, Peter Coors (of brewery fame and the republican candidate) responded to a question about NAFTA and the thoughts of Paul Martin by stating that he had no idea who Paul Martin was, nor did he care.

Paul Martin, of course, was the Prime Minister of our closest neighbor and friend, Canada. Pete Coors thought he could be in the Senate of the USA without knowing the Prime Minister of Canada.

Now Pete sits on the board of Molson Coors - do you think he knows who Stephen Harper is?

I don't know if I'd trust an Internet site to figure out what candidate is best for me. You never really know if that site suggests one candidate more than others out of bias.

This is a good option, but I wouldn't trust a random quiz... go to the candidates' individual websites and read about their beliefs, I think this is the best way.

So far, I have only found ones that skew the questions towards one candidate or the other.

But I did find one that tells you what your tax payment will be under each candidates tax plan.
