Tea Party Candidates 2010

Heidi Said:

Does the TEA party plan on nominating any candidates of its own in 2010 or 2012? If not, what's the point?

We Answered:

They aren't a real political party. The majority of the tea partiers are just low information voters. They realize that our manufacturing jobs are gone overseas and aren’t coming back. They know it’s more expensive than ever to get their kids or grandkids into a college. They realize that we’ve been raped, pillaged and plundered. They just don’t recognize that the ones who did it to them are the same ones who are paying for the tea parties.

Melissa Said:

If the Tea Parties have little or no influence, why are Democrats posing as Tea Party candidates?

We Answered:

Impossible! Their heads are not pointy enough ... and the minute they opened their mouths and good sense came out instead of drivel the teabaggers would know ... wouldn't they ... ?

Judith Said:

Why are "Tea Party" candidates not consistent with their campaign promises?

We Answered:

The tea party is a walking contradiction.
They claim "small government" (as if that's actually achievable, it's inevitable for the state and government to expand) yet support systems like Social Security, Medicare, &c. and still support the wars.
SS is somewhat understandable insofar as the aspect of they've *paid into it* and deserve it, but they actually support the program entirely, not just for getting their money back.

Do I even need to get into other ludicrous aspects, such as "Keep government out of my Medicare!"?

Ronald Said:

How many seats will the Tea Party candidates get in 2010? In the HOUSE?

We Answered:

Just a handful, Michelle, as I do not see any major movement. They have taken a hit since the Drill Baby Drill disaster and also the recent major victories of Obama!

Great question.

Hector Said:

How do I know what candidates are Tea-Party supported?

We Answered:

There is no official organization or entity called the Tea Party. It's a disorganized mob of angry, anti-government, mostly white people at the far right of the political spectrum. Look for the candidates on the far right, lunatic fringe. Those are the ones most Tea Partyers support.
