Texas Republican Primary Candidates

Shelly Said:

do you feel it is right to exclude Dennis Kucinich from the Texas primary because he refuses to sign a loyalty

We Answered:

No, it definitely is not right. Like voting a straight ticket, no matter who is nominated.

That's asking him to lie. Oh, I guess that's the name of the game in politics these days. Too bad some politicians can't stand the truth.

By the way, thirty years ago I stood on my front porch and watched an aircraft fly over the house across the street, so close there was a reflection from the street lights. It was silent, with square white lights around it and a large red light on one end. It was never identified. Does that make me an alien?

Come along and "beam up" with me.

Lori Said:

Can Mike Huckabee still win the Republican nomination if he wins Texas?

We Answered:

It is impossible for Huckabee to win the nomination. I really don't know.

There is a total of 2,380 Republican Delegates.

Paul has 16 delegates.

Huckabee has 217 delegates. So he needs 974 more.

Romney has 286 delegates.

McCain has 812 delegates. So he needs 379 more.

To win the nomination you need 1,191.

If you add up all the delegates currently on the board the total is 1,049. That includes 29 unpledged delegates.

So there are still 1,331 delegates floating around waiting to be captured.

So there is still a chance! There are two conditions, he has to win every state and McCain has to kick the bucket.

It can happen you know!

Cheers.

Edward Said:

What enforcement is there for a bound presidential delegate?

We Answered:

they don't acually count them, as they know who they are supposed to vote for. They CAN't change their vote until releaced

Leslie Said:

Do you think Ron Paul can win the Texas Primary?

We Answered:

I'm not sure. I'm hoping he can win his seat back in the Congressional run he is in right now. That is what matters foremost for now though. And yes, he is against NAFTA, and so are conservative republicans because these type of so-called 'free trades' only outsource our jobs to China and India. We don't need another politician in the white house, we need a doctor to heal up our country.
