If you're invited to a family party with the old ones it's better to wear something formal ( i think like what you do in your counrty) but wearing low cut, tight fitting and etc is what the other girls do in Iran. So be comfprtable and enjoy your staying here. Tehran weather is so nice at this time.

I don't think many of them would come right out and say it. But the truth is that many men do think women are targets solely because they are female and so should have less freedom to move around and go about their day to day business. Males are more likely to be the victims of street violence ... perhaps they should all have just stayed at home? No-one ever says that though.
