Conservative Law Schools

Conservative/Liberal Law Schools?We Answered:
U Chicago has a more conservative APPROACH to law, in that it's very text-based, very literal interpretation, of the law/constitution. But I don't think students there are more politically conservative than usual. If you mean politically conservative, schools in the South (Emory, Vanderbilt, Duke) are much more conservative than those on the East Coast (Harvard, Yale, NYU, Columbia)

Law and order in Conservative Schools? We Answered:
What is the question? As far as I know, there are no "Conservative Schools" in the US. And order in schools is maintained through rules, not laws. ?°)Thelma Said:
Is becoming a law professor a good career for a conservative? We Answered:
It is possible to be a conservative law professor, though it is pretty rare. And a professor is a great way to practice law and still have a real family life- many of my professors have chosen to teach for exactly this reason. But usually you need an LLM and a ton of experience to be a law professor. Are you really willing to wait 10-20 years to start your "dream" job? What will you be doing that will get you the kind of experience necessary to get hired at a law school?
It sounds like you have a lot more thinking to do. If law school is a fallback for you, you seriously need to consider your goals. It is difficult, stressful, and expensive, and absolutely not worth it unless you are sure you want to practice law.
