The first one is showing that the democrats (donkey) and republicans (elephant) are at a stand still. They would rather both suffer than work together in bipartisanship. The other animals are on an ark trying to help them but the elephant and donkey are trapped on the small boat together, making no effort to make it to the ark for safety.

I'm not too sure about the second one, but judging from the guy's talk bubble I would guess it could be about all the political ads around the time of elections and all the mud throwing that goes along with that.

they all look liberal to me

the liberals are going off on global warming saying we are the cause of it when we have been keeping track of it for a very short time
besides cows give off alot more polluting methane gas than cars do

the first and second one seem to have an environmentalist agenda

while the third is troops come home politics which is something the liberals also want because they feel the war is unnecessary
