by the four R's: " Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, Rethink". stop deforestation. local purchasing, moral purchasing, the sustained and efficient use of renewable resources, the moderation of destructive use of finite resources, and the prevention of harm to common resources such as air and water quality, the natural functions of a living earth, and cultural values in a built environment.

true answer to your question 1)practise the three R's2)cut a tree plant one in its place3)if you see garbage clean it up4)if you see an illegal act a)dumping waste or other debris where its not suppose to report it and take down as much info as possible and or take pictures 5)help nature build nesting boxes for birds,lay untreated wood in the bush in wet areas for salamanders,help in reducing soil erosion6)your lawn doesn't need herbicides and fertilizers grass has been doing fine for thousands of years just a few ideas
