1) B- choosing specific members of a species to breed is selecting for characteristics that give the organism an advantage over others

2) F- the environment's carrying capacity (K) limits the number of individuals the area can hold because of the amount of resources and space. If resources were unlimited, the population would be able to grow. The carrying capacity is also limited by the area in which the individuals are living.

3) H- enzymes can be reused and are not destroyed

The following are some royal comments. “… His majesty the king, claims building water gates to lead the water out of the east. It is an effective method to solve drought water, flood, and brine issues. His Majesty convinces the king, after his consulting team calculate cost benefit analysis, that building dams and water gates is the most efficient way to solve the issues, and will save some cash in the long run. His Majesty believes building water gates will rid of brackish and increase shrimp production as well as creating more agricultural and fishing careers…..”

Operating
The subcommittees from various ministries must work together to create effective and practicable operating systems that will produce the highest benefit for residents of Pakpanang. His Majesty has also hired several environmental consultants to work with subcommittees and the royal irrigation workers.

November 7th, 2538 - The cabinet has officially approved the project, by operating between 2538-2546, using budget money equivalent to 15,800,000,000 Thai baht. The project has three significant components which include: composition of construction side irrigation work; follows to correct environmental effects; and the development of agricultural work in Pakpanang.

Characteristics of the project:
Pakpanang River Basin Project composes of four major components:
1.) Irrigation construction: The Royal Irrigation Department was assigned to a project administrator, whose budget is approximately 13,400,000,000 Thai baht. The project composes of various components including the construction of water gates, and flood gates to release and obstruct Pakpanang River, and building ridges to separate fresh and brine water.
2.) Environmental Solution: Ministry of Science and Technology determines the pollution control area; Department of Fisheries develops laws and regulations about the shrimp farms and its location; Agriculture and Cooperative Society for the Agriculture Bank support special loans for farmers; other government sectors follow the same laws and regulations as well as checking on-going environmental issues.
Results:
• Eradicate weeds in the water channel
• Build a pipe which treats the contaminated water from the shrimp market
• Construct a pipe which treats the contaminated water from thlocal community
• Verify qualities of underground water, seawater, and soil quality
• Follow fishery resource data around the Pakpanang River area.

3.) Developing Agriculture

Ministry of Science and Technology established s major policy as follows: improve quality and quantity of rice production; encourage integrated agriculture; organize shrimp farms and their locations; conserve soil, water, and other environmental aspects; and develop organizations for agriculture.

• Support other agricultural careers

4.) Public Relations

Pakpanang River Basin is a large project; therefore, public relations

play a significant role to communicate between the king, officials, and the residents.

Benefits

1.) Protect the land and agriculture from tresspassers

2.) Create fresh water resources

3.) Diminish natural disasters

4.) Eliminate conflict between shrimp and rice farmers

5.) Reduce migration issues

6.) Increase quality and quantity of agricultural products

7.) Improve the quality of life

8.) Resuscitate Pakpanang’s overall ecology system

In conclusion, the Pakpanang River Basin Project is one of three thousand projects that the king proposes around the country. This project is an effective way to create many agricultural and fishery careers, as well as improve the quality of life. As a result, we can proudly say our beloved king is an intelligent visionary, and a charismatic leader.
