a good thing to get would be a foam roll. this will help if the IT band is to tight. your IT band comes down from your hip so you would need to roll it out i would also get an MRI to check and make sure everything healed correctly. hope this was helpful.

well first have you called this non-profit organizations you mention or volunteer to them on your off days that way you can get to know people internaly that can put in a good word for ya!,i am an employment consultant and i need i require a little more than two yrs exp. to hire a someone that can do what i do.

Environmental Science Majors get no respect, and often no job offers after graduation.

They have the reputation of being self-righteous tree-huggers who most companies do not want to employ. A few large companies may have one or two "Environmental Scientists" to trot out for display to the press when the company needs to establish environmental bone fides.

Can't tell you much, maybe you can be a scientist, or you can get a govt. job if they need you, or you can do teaching, there are probably companies that may use your help, who knows? You got to think beyond your bubble you are in right now, start asking friends,teachers, relatives any advice you can get would be helpful, if you haven't done that yet. This economy right now is pretty bad so I don't know. But don't stress out! Enjoy your last year in college.
