Policies Of The Conservative Party
Julia Said:
Why do rich people support the Conservative party? We Answered:
I've been told what you were told by your friend by my family, who were poor and lived under the Conservative government for a long time. The reason the rich like the Conservatives is because they don't tax them the way they should and they get to keep all their money. Whilst the poor support distribution of wealth, so traditionally support Labour.Danny Said:

What is the principal difference in the policies of the Labour and the Conservative parties in Britain? We Answered:
Not a terrible lot - they are more or less the same now - politics in Britain is just a sham now - as for which party was in power longer - It would be difficult to say , basically all the parties are full of tripe .Kathryn Said:
Sum up of Party Policies? We Answered:
The Lib Dems are run by Clegg; schooled and educated privately, similar to Cameron. Although I would MUCH rather it Clegg than Cameron, you have to realise that Clegg doesn't know anything about the majority of a working class life so I wouldn't say that the Lib Dems are the MOST left wing. The problem is these politicians lack so much substance it's unbelievable; what if? That's the question.
What if Cameron comes into power? you've mentioned that you'd like a summary of the main party policies - Tories, policies? You must be joking. Most know their agenda anyway, good ol' steal from the poor and give to the rich, public sector cuts causing worse education/health and finally good ol' pension cuts!
I work in the education sector and Clegg proposes that we reduce class sizes to a maximum of 16 pupils; how on earth is he going to achieve that? He also wants teachers, on top of their stressful schedule to stay behind after school and tutor kids less able. Here's a summary:

The main problems I encounter with both of these parties is the whole "change" thing. Is it a change for the better or the worse?
Yes, it's true; Brown is possibly the worst speaker I've ever seen. No eye contact or attention is given to his viewers and he mumbles frequently. Nevertheless, this man has substance. Something that I'm afraid Cameron especially lacks who is the one always banging on about change but his policies (if he even has any) have just flown over my head.
That's a brief outline concerning my point of view. Hey, I've lived Thatcher and it wasn't too pretty at times.
Whoever you want to vote for, good luck but don't be surprised if there are many biased views posted here - I know my view is biased but I believe that it's the right choice. Here's my summary:
If you want an airbrushed, good looking well presented priminister then go for Cameron or Clegg, but if you want to reform our country and implement schemes that will assist the country then Brown is a slightly better bet If I am honest. Yes it's biased but can't say you wouldn't do the same on a question not concerned with your party.
Can't say I didn't warn you.
