Hmmm.....I think it would be more likely, since he was an avowed Clinton superdelegate and planned to push for her nomination at the convention, that if he "crossed" anybody, it was the Obama campaign.

Looks like she started out good and did not do well in 2008. So far she is pretty high with her votes for the middle class...which is the way Barbara Boxer of California votes...compare the two...pretty interesting.

Thank god for cloudy thinking undergrads... otherwise Edwards would have no support at all. Edwards is a clown, and sending his fatally ill wife out to attack his opponents is beyond cowardly. Likewise, any husband whose wife is terminally ill should be spending time with her, not chasing some political goal. He's disgusting, all the way around.

His recent decision to accept federal funding shows that he knows he's going to lose. He is a multi-millionaire, and if he thought he had a chance to win, would spend his own money (as Romney and others have done) to get elected. He knows he's going down, and doesn't want to waste his money.
