Here in Mississippi it is run by minorities and they don't want anyone else. The few whites on committees are mainly from different attorney firms to report. The is no room for compromise and thus as it goes across the nation. There are the gerrymandered areas and then areas that win due to 80-20 majorities, but that's it. more and more are leaving and this new "progressive" deal is driving them away in the other states.

You are seeing it crumble not matter what they do, just segments and that's all it's going to be. As the Tea Party movement is waking up the Republicans that are also afraid of losing their part of the billions* the lobbyists give them they now know the free rein is over. I don't see another Perot type situation as we are at a cross roads. Even the Latinos understand what is going on and maybe it is time to take care of the people in the country instead of lining your pockets.

be merry, and that doesn’t come cheap. It takes a giant bureaucracy to administer a public

the loot, while the peasants – well, they’re grateful for whatever they get. They don’t care
how much is consumed along the way. It was all stolen from someone else anyway.
