Democratic Party Candidates

Bradley Said:

Do the democratic candidates ever get moderators of the opposite political party?

We Answered:

It's called liberal elitism. They are too stuck up and spoiled to have to actually try and fight for what they want. Jst look at elections if they win the elections went smoothly and as they should go if they lose then automatically their is fraud. I get real tired of listening to their whiny garbage all the time.

Eileen Said:

Is it to late for the Democratic Party to choose different candidates ?

We Answered:

Right now, candidates both democrat and republican are showing their true colors and cutting each other to threads, but after one candidate from each party is chosen, you will see everyone circle the wagons around that person and showing support, but right now each and every presidential candidate is no better than your lowlife convict sitting in prison, which is where many of those candidates belong anyway

Jose Said:

How would rising popularity for third-party candidates affect the Democratic nominee's policies?

We Answered:

I don't know, but I seriously think we as the voters need to turn our Government around in that our Government seems to be "hijacking this Country" and heading it in a direction the majority just don't want to go. To do this we need candidates who will keep our Constitution in tact, will keep our Nation's sovereignty in tact, will keep our rights and liberties in tact. Perhaps it is time for the rising "third-party", or "new age Democrats and Republicans who have NOT grown up in the corrupted "belt way".

Frankly I am sick and tired of "having" to vote for the lesser of two evils in our election process.

Wanda Said:

Who elects party candidates? Who decides who runs as the democratic candidate and as the republican candidate?

We Answered:

Party voters select their party's candidates in primaries or caucuses. Participants in these primaries and caucuses are not actually voting for a particular person - what they are voting for is a slate of delegates who are committed to vote for a particular candidate to win the party nomination at the party national convention. If you are a Republican candidate for President, you need 1,191 delegates to win the party nomination and face the Democratic nominee (who needs 2,025 delegates to be nominated) in the November general election. Primary and caucus rules are set by the state parties and the state legislature in each state.

The only actual, constitutional requirement to run for or be elected President is that the person is born in the United States and be at least 35 years old, so it is essentially up to those who actually run who decides who the candidates will be. If you meet those requirements, you too can run for President. Being elected is another matter altogether.

Lawrence Said:

In what ways, could the Democratic party put forth worse candidates?

We Answered:

They could have the entire republicans party running for President, that will be far worst.

Marjorie Said:

Why is there such division among the Democratic party when both candidates have almost the same ideas?

We Answered:

this is absolutely correct, but it seems that people are voting for an individual rather than voting for policies that they beleive in.

i mean how can you go from completely supporting hillary or obamas policies to jumping over to mccain who is the reciprocal of these two.
