Duane Said:

Why is the logo of the Republican party an elephant? Why is the logo of the Democratic party a donkey?

We Answered:

They both come from old political cartoons, and both were intended to be negative.

The Elephant was to show a large slow moving lumbering party.

The Donkey was a Jackass.

But the parties embraced them!

Willie Said:

Did Barack Obama ever have to Work a Day in his Life?

We Answered:

No -- Obama was a community organizer who taught people how to avoid work & obtain and spend as much government money as possible.

When Obama was only a Junior Senator he only showed up for work 143 days and even then he he just voted " Present " over 160 times

The bottom line is that Obama has never worked even when he did show up for work

The elephant is strong, faithful, wise. (Republican)
The donkey is humbe, subserviant, hard working (Democrat)

Kathleen Said:

So, let me get this straight; The Nephilims are like the Republican and Democratic party logo?

We Answered:

I've never heard anything like this. The closest I came to it was a political blogger who calls himself Nephilim.

The elephant has been a symbol of the Republican Party of the United States ever since 1874, when Harper's Weekly published a cartoon of an elephant trampling on inflation and chaos. Due to its long lifespan, the elephant has come to represent longevity and long memory.

In 1828, U.S. President Andrew Jackson made a humorous allusion to his perjorative nickname ("jackass"), and the Democratic Party decided to incorporate the donkey in its symbolism. The donkey has also been considered a symbol of stubbornness.
