Democratic Party Policies
Duane Said:
Is Ralph Nader responsible for unpopular proposed Democratic Party policies? We Answered:
No he is not. People making that claim are sadly trapped in the logic of the two party system. He believes it's time to quit going soft on the Democrats and the way they cater to big business and never work hard enough for the poor or for peace just because the Republicans are slightly worse.
He makes good pints. There must come a time the American left refuses to take the BS of the Democratic party any longer. They talk the talk but never walk the walk when it comes to standing up against the far right and big business.
Nader is right and has more integrity than any Democrat or Republican but he also has no chance to win.
Nader didn't spoil the 2000 election, the Supreme court gave it to Bush.
I wouldn't vote for Nader because the system at this point is far too corrupt for him to have a realistic chance but I have respect for those who stand up for what they believe in.
I myself however believe in pragmatism over idealism but that doesn't change the fact Nader is right
Eduardo Said:
How many of you agree more with the policies of the Green Party but are currently in the Democratic Party? We Answered:
Why don't we just have 500 different parties.Ken Said:
In your opinion are democratic party policies turning America into one giant Detroit? We Answered:
I can't believe they don't see it, I can't believe detroit still vote democrat after they totally destroyed the city, but i can believe race plays an important roll in it, democrats have promised blacks a better life and continue to lead them into everything but a better life, i wish people would wake up and vote for the person not the party, maybe something will start to change cause with dems and reps it's politics over people as usualPauline Said:
What democratic party policies will allow people to be self reliant productive citizens? We Answered:
Not a Single solitary oneChris Said:
Can we say Detroit 2009 represents the net effect of liberal and Democratic Party policies on poor blacks? We Answered:
Yes. I live here, I know.Government reliance, yet amazingly enough still high crime and poverty rates. I was under the impression welfare was supposed to help these problems.
Criminal politicians at every level of government because they have created a culture of uneducated people who have bought into the notion that Democrats are for the poor so no matter what they do and how many tax dollars they steal, the people will continue to vote Democrat.
Laura Said:
Do you think the Republican party can remain viable by having no public policies? We Answered:
The republicans had their shot, and they destroyed it utterly. Now they are a minority party that is pushing itself deeper into minority status.
