List Of Blue Dog Democrats

Marcus Said:

Where can I find a list of these so called blue dog democrats and RINOs in House and Senate?

We Answered:

Here is a list of Blue Dogs who have been serving in the House for at least two years so far. I purposely left off of this list those who are in their first term now, because they do not have voting records yet.

Altmire, Jason // Arcuri, Michael // Baca, Joe // Barrow, John // Berry, Marion // Bishop, Sanford // Boren, Dan // Boswell, Leonard // Boyd, Allen // Cardoza, Dennis // Carney, Christopher // Chandler, Ben // Cooper, Jim // Costa, Jim // Cuellar, Henry // Davis, Lincoln // Donnelly, Joe // Ellsworth, Brad // Giffords, Gabrielle // Gordon, Bart // Harman, Jane // Herseth Sandlin, Stephanie // Hill, Baron // Holden, Tim // Marshall, Jim // Mattheson, Scott // McIntyre, Mike // Melancon, Charlie // Michaud, Michael // Mitchell, Harry // Moore, Dennis // Murphy, Patrick // Peterson, Collin // Pomery, Earl // Ross, Mike // Salazar, John // Sanchez, Loretta // Schiff, Adam // Scott, David // Shuler, Heath // Space, Zack // Tanner, John // Taylor, Gene // Thompson, Mike // Wilson, Charlie.

The Democrat caucus, as a whole, average 87.6% approval rating from the liberal lobbyists: Americans for Democratic Action. The caucus averages only 12.7% from the conservative lobbyists: American Conservative Union. But the Blue Dogs have an average 75.1% from ADA and 29.2% from ACU.

Technically, there are no "blue dogs" in the Senate; the Blue Dog Coalition is only made up of Democrats in the House. "RINO" is only a deragory term created to describe liberal/moderate Republicans, but not a term that any Republican applies to himself. The word is used only by conservative Republicans who expect all Republicans to be staunchly conservative.

The above list does not correspond to the list of Democrats who voted against the health care bill. Some Blue Dogs voted for passage of the bill, and some Democrats who voted against the bill are not members of the Blue Dog Coalition.

Blue dog democrats in the senate?

We Answered:

Well, it has been reserved to committee (it can stay there for years). But you have to get them off the track of trying to reform anything and make them pay attention to WE THE PEOPLE. But try this website.

Natalie Said:

Where can I find a list of all the republicans 'On-The-Take' and how much they were paid?

We Answered:

You're barking up the wrong tree. Obama was the one who invited the Drug companies, Doctors, Hospitals and more to the White House to cut deals with him before laying out his health care agenda.

Seasoned Democrats who have accepted lobbyists campaign contributions and perks for years knew Obama could've got more from them from their own experience. They even told him he sold out for far tooooo little. That's what lack of experience will do for you.

Tyler Said:

What are the main influential groups within the Democrats and the Republicans?

We Answered:

Thanks for doing the research, your list is more extensive than I know off the top of my head so unfortunately I won't be able to add any.

It's a shame you did the work and got very few responses.

Anyway, I would think that within the GOP the moderate Republicans have the stronghold. And I would think that social liberals have control over the Democrats. That seems to reflect the current trend atleast.

Thanks again.

Josephine Said:

Are liberals & democrats calling their Representatives & asking them to provide Real Reform that will lead to?

We Answered:

I already called my Representative. Have YOU?

Hazel Said:

Do you approve of Obama care?

We Answered:

NO! There are many areas where health care is excellent and works well.. Health care is open to anyone and everyone because you can't be turned away whether you are a citizen or not... Fix the areas that are broken but don't let government oppression take over health care..That's what a public option will do.. In the long term all will pay the price for free health care when many of the uncovered never pay into the system..Why is that fair?

We have diplomats, Premiers and common folk coming here for health care because they can't get treated because of socialized government run public option BS.. If we have the Premiere of Newfoundland having heart surgery in Florida because his own countries health care cannot accommodate the appropriate care, then that says a lot about how great our health care can be if it is equally as effective in every state!

A government that is big enough to give you everything is big enough to take all of it away!

Discuss It!
