List Of Democratic Presidents

Sam Said:

Does the average American think this is a threat to the democratic process?

We Answered:

In general, the populace lacks the intellectual curiosity to explore as deeply as you suggest. I was told by one Leftist agitator that 80% of the population are cattle, easily herded by whatever you tell them to believe. The other 20% are inteligentsia, figuring out how to herd more cattle into their own pens.

In light of your observation, it seems this Leftist may be close to the truth.

I can't even get people to pay attention to Al Gore's lies about Global Warming. They don't want to even consider why Mars is also experiencing Global Warming...

Anna Said:

If democratic Presidents are so wonderful, and fix Oh so much?

We Answered:

Jimmy carter messed everything up... so it messed up the entire thing... that alone gave reps. 16 years... to throw off the average...

most people think Clinton did well... regardless of what you say/believe...

fact is... ALL presidents are few and far between... you're talking about like 8 or 9 total over 50 years... not exactly a big sample to base assumptions off of...

Jessie Said:

How many Democratic presidents have held office during wartime?

We Answered:

Yes, Wilson was a Democrat. And so was Polk (Mexican-American War). So FDR, Truman, Johnson, Wilson, and Polk. That's 5. unless I missed someone...

Oh, and as for Republicans: Lincoln, McKinley, Eisenhower, Nixon, Bush 1 and Bush 2. So that's 6.

EDIT: Kennedy never presided over wartime. There were conflicts in Cuba and Vietnam, but it really could not be called wartime prior to real engagement after the Gulf of Tonkin in 1964. Similarly, there were conflicts, even bombing, in Iraq during Clinton's administration, but we wouldn't call him a wartime president. So I'd still say it's 5 and 6.

Chad Said:

Why is it that Democratic ex-presidents/vice presidents dedicate their lives to humanity?

We Answered:

Bush Sr is doing that Katrina relief thing with Clinton. Thats about it...

As for rustyshackleford001's brilliant attack on Carter:
When Carter left office in 1980, the first thing he did was start Habitat for Humanity. He has brokered and attempted to broker numerous peace accords in the Middle East. He has done more good work since being out of office than the last 5 Republicans combined. Heaven forbid he doesn't agree 100% with the moron you support, though...

Erika Said:

Should ABC be listed as part of the democratic party now that they are doing the presidents infomercial?

We Answered:

Now we may get a taste of what it is like in North Korea, Iran, or Venezuela. If Fox News had done something like this for George Bush there would have been outrage.

Discuss It!
