> Limit seating and access so their TV allies can say "Republicans pretty-much didn't show-up."
> Present a COMPLETED plan they already have.
> Claim despite mountains of proof to the contrary that the GOP has offered no ideas.
> Make the directly contradicting claim that GOP ideas are the CAUSE of what Democrats have actually demanded.
> Follow up by passing their plan and violating their own rules and most-likely the law itself to do so.
> Later still, blame THEIR entire plan on Republicans, which is the core purpose of even HAVING this "meeting."
