Is the democratic primary in Pennsylvania a "winner-takes-all" the delegates? We Answered:
None of the democrat primaries are "winner take all"; they are all split proportionally. Thus, both Obama and Clinton/Clinton cannot win enough to secure the nomination but Obama has a 99% chance of keeping his lead in overall delegates (both pledged delegates and super delegates). Therefore, vote your conscience; and, speaking of conscience, remember that Hillary continuously fought to NOT ban partial-birth abortion (see link, below). As for Michigan and Florida, they already had primaries but, apparently, they had agreed to the Democrat National Committee's rules that no state could move up their primary; then, after agreeing to that, the states moved them up anyway. For example, the Florida legislature is majority Republican, but apparently some Democrats voted to move up the primary date too. Thus, the DNC is refusing to pay for a new primary, and the Florida legislature is (to date) refusing to pay for a new primary. Therefore, it will come down to whether there can be a compromise between the two campaigns, and (most likely) whether they can set up a non-profit or other committee/group to fundraise for a mini-primary. Stay tuned.

Any predictions for the Pennsylvania Democratic Primary? We Answered:
Clinton may win but the margin of victory will be so small that Obama will get the nomination.
