It is the dirty secret that Obama-tard and the liberals do not want revealed. Here are some points that everyone should familiarize themselves with:
1. Obama will not allow banks that took TARP money to pay back the loans. He wants them to convert the current stock that pays dividends into common stock that does not pay dividends. Why is that relevant? This will give him long term control and a vote in whatever happens at stockholder meetings. In a nutshell, Obama wants to nationalize the banks.
2. Obama has repeatedly called for socialized healthcare, which would ruin the best healthcare system in the world.
3. Obama has no misgivings about chumming up with ruthless, dictators. He would like to be one himself.
4. Obama wants to control executive pay and the salaries of all workers for companies that take TARP money. As an extension of this, he wants the unchallenged authority to fire CEO's at failing companies regardless of whether the failure of the company can be attributed to the CEO or not.
All of these are alarming, but true. Centrists? I think not. The democrat party has turned into the new socialists.

Party of the people? Are you serious?

They created a government monopoly on education, so that only the rich can afford a good eduation at private schools.
The supported unions and a minimum wage which moved 30 million manufacturing jobs to China.
The support a government monopoly on health care so that only the rich can afford real health care (just like in England and Canada where all the rich come to U.S. to get treatment).
They created a government monopoly on retirement so that onlly the rich can afford a good retirement.

Calling the Democrats the party of the people is a joke. Unless you mean they are the "People's Party" as in the "Peoples republic of China" or the "Peoples republic of North Korea".

The dems are gonna try to scare the hispanics, tell them that the republicans are hateful, white, intolerant, rich....but in reality, hispanics have very conservative family values and a great work ethic. They belong in the republican party.

Ultimately, if your job is to help them vote, you are right not to tell them how to vote. Better to stay home than to do that.

White collar, 30 years old, hard worker for last 15 years straight, B.S. Degree, and in this election, I support them. I know a lot of straightline conservatives (white, older, ex military, southern, professional people) who have switched over because they are tired of the Republicans spending money and blaming the democrats. People that, if you met them, you would swear back McCain, but they'll tell you. "Conservative" is just a label. Republicans have created up to 80% of the national debt, and Bush alone doubled the debt while in office. The Republican party is the more fiscally liberal party between them, and a lot of people are realizing that.
