2008 Election Demographics

Jenny Said:

Do you know where I can find voter demographics on a state by state level for the 2008 election?

We Answered:

i've looked for that stuff myself without much luck. the media doesn't like to acknowledge that the 3rd parties got any votes at all, so they just report the R/D split.

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/ might be an okay place to start

Demographic election project?

We Answered:

CNN Politics has been reporting voting trends by demographics. If you want to look at their data and see the different trends you could probably come up with something.

Here's a link showing you an example.

Good luck.
