We MUST take the powers of the States back to the states through a process called Nullification. There is a book called Nullification that EVERY citizen should read, and then demand that their state legislators stand up against the federal government. The feds have WAY WAY overstepped their authority and we must take it back.

James...Sharia Law is another form of government, NOT a religion. They do NOT have the right to form a new set of laws that are contrary to US or State laws. What you are not understanding is that they do NOT have unlimited rights. This is not a freedom of religion issue, this is a usurpation of US and state laws and is ABSOLUTELY an abuse of power by the courts.

A federal court is part of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and as a federal judge part of the judicial branch of the federal government, your claim that the federal government has nothing to say about this means that you should also refresh your civics knowledge.
Now, that being said, it is NOT the responsibility of the federal judicial branch to determine whether a state law is Constitutional. It has been misinterpreted that way, but that is NOT a power or responsibility or power of the federal courts according to the Constitution. That is a power that they have UNCONSTITUTIONALLY WRESTED from the states, and it is truly null and void because it violates the Constitution.

Bull Crap!!

The Philippines is headed for hard times. But not because of any outside influence. When you have a crooked Government that continues to prey upon the poor to get richer. Then in time the people will revolt!! It is not a question of if, as it is a question of WHEN!!

I have come to love the Filipino as a people and consider the Philippines my 2nd home. They have been extreamly nice and caring to me. It makes my heart cry to see them driven down as a people by the very people that are supposed to be protecting them.

Corruption runs ramp it threw out the Political system there. Every election there are scores of murders.

The people need a new type of politician that is honest and truly cares about the people of the country. Sadly if they get one, odds are that he or she would be assassinated also.

So at this point a revolt that replaces the Government as a whole is the only answer that would be somewhat workable.

As for Bush Economics, They SUCK BIG TIME!!

Thank God it is election time so I can vote some of these jerks OUT!!
