British General Election 2010

Lonnie Said:

Do politicians/political parties ever wish to lose an election so that their party can refresh themselves?

We Answered:

I don't think the last general election is one anyone wanted to be in. All candidates knew that although the worst of a recession is thought to be behind us, they would be unpopular for the steps they would have to take to rectify the budget deficit, ultimately cuts. Generally the fickle public only remember the negative impacts on them or the negative press in the tabloids. Few good decisions by the government are recognised and praised.
It has been said already though that you never aim to lose. If you do lose however it does give you a chance to refresh and reinvent the party and it's policies to better place in the next election, and in fact if you weren't popular to win the previous time then it's a necessity, unless you only want to rely on the unpopularity of that current government.
You play to win, always... and when you lose, you reflect and build.

Franklin Said:

Don't you think that these Daily Telegraph pictures tell a good story about British Politics?

We Answered:

So if the doors were shut we would of had a photo of shut doors & there would be nothing to look at. The point is?

Raymond Said:

BNP's Griffin thinks people have "a right to "hurt people, maim and blow things up"." Is this British?

We Answered:

Well obviously not all Muslims are terrorists, the majority live a long life and die of old age, and not by blowing themselves up.
But i agree Islam isn't exactly British now is it.

Also no one has the right to take other peoples lives.

Also people have the right to vote for whoever they want, that also includes the BNP.
