Karen Said:

Will the FBI be able to stop voter fraud from ACORN's actions before the November elections?

We Answered:

No wonder Obama has lied repeatedly about his connection to them.

Vincent Said:

Do Obama supporters support voter fraud?

We Answered:

My son..
while on a OHIO campus earlier today was asked to register again after he told them he already was in his home town. they told him he needed to register and give the university's address too.. or his vote at home would not count !
WHAT KIND OF BS is this ?
I called the university and they would not give a comment. as of 12:00pm A.C.O.R.N was still up on campus
promoting OBAMA and voter registration among students !
giving away free items if they did register. this is just wrong.

Will Our vote really count in Ohio and Texas?

We Answered:

Clinton will stoop to any level to win, so don't count her out just yet. Remember New Hampshire, suspicious activity was reported during that primary. Just keep your eyes peeled.

Kristina Said:

Do you think Rush Limbaugh Be Indicted for Voter Fraud?

We Answered:

What Limbaugh did was unethical, but not illegal.

Though I have no doubt he would outraged if the tables were turned.

Tom Said:

Do you think Limbaugh will be convicted of voter fraud?

We Answered:

Yes. Ohio will indict Limbaugh on voter fraud to stop any more election tampering in the future. And they may charge some of the cross-voters, too.

First of all, the general election is secret. Primaries are not. So those answers about 'secret ballot' are meaningless.

Rush Limbaugh was urging Republicans in Texas and Ohio to skip their party's primary on March 4 and instead cast a vote for Hillary in order to deliberately prolong the fight between her and Obama. He called it "Operation Chaos". And that Tuesday, as media in both states reported, thousands of Republicans did just what Limbaugh and others had suggested -- they changed parties to vote for Hillary.

While this all makes for great talk radio and sounds like fun, there is one catch: What Limbaugh encouraged Republican voters to do in Ohio was a fifth-degree felony in that state, punishable with a $2,500 fine and six to 12 months in jail. That is because in order to change party affiliation in Ohio, voters have to fill out a form swearing allegiance to that party's principles 'under penalty of election falsification'.

Limbaugh fans even wrote comments on their affidavits like "Only for one day!". How dumb. They deserve to be charged.

Courts just have to show that the person switched parties with malicious intent. This is the same standard that newspaper editors and writers are put under when someone claims libel.

Limbaugh can in fact be charged with 'incitement to commit a felony'. Similar to using the radio to instruct someone to go find and kill someone, to go block a military establishment, to steal things. If someone incites a person on the public airwaves to commit a crime, they have broken the law. That is why you always hear disclaimers like, "Do not try this at home" or "We aren't saying you should do this because it is illegal" in order to protect themselves. The FCC can also fine him and Premiere Broadcasting, even if he isn't jailed or fined by law enforcement.

Limbaugh could face FCC fines like Opie and Anthony when they encouraged a couple to have sex in a church which was 'incitement to commit a crime'.

I think a few Republicans might be worrying now after they helped keep Hillary in the race. If Obama is somehow knocked out, the Republicans could end up with Hillary as their next president. I'd love to see Rush Limbaugh's face if that happens. I'd also love to see the crowds of angry Republicans chasing him down the street because this whole voting scam that kept her alive was his idea.

Meanwhile, the rest of the goofy republicans better think twice before they end up sharing a jail cell with their buddy Rush Limbaugh. It's all fun and games until somebody gets arrested. Rush can buy his way out of trouble, but his adoring fans will be in a world of crap for a long time. The lesson here is "If it sounds like it ought to be illegal, it probably is." Doh.
