No. The g0p didn't take the 2006 or 2008 elections to hear, and they gained seats. There was no mandate for them to say "No" to everything, start the tea party and run to the right on every issue.

How is it the policy when most people polled on the issues support the pieces of health care, but then say they oppose the bill. How can they say they support what it does but say they don't support the bill that does it? Poor communication.

Lib-Dems; want to get rid of most nuclear weapons thus making us inferior to other countries, and bring back some soldiers from the war. Want to be more 'european' and join the Euro. Very interested in the environment and investing in science.

Conservative; pretty much opposite of the Lib-Dems about nuclear weapons and the soldiers. University tuition fees should not be scrapped, people on job seeker's allowance who refuse a job should lose their benefits. Scrapping TV licence. They say they're all for families but some of their policies are quite the contrary.

Labour; Support welfare and unlimited immigration, privatize banks, help families and the working class.

These are obviously not all the policies but just some that show what kind of politic parties they are.

1) You are assuming Democrats know what referendum means. The media or the Obama administration hasn't told them yet, so you may want to allow them time to look it up.

2) No, they won't. They'll claim the Republican "scare tactics" duped people into voting against "hope" and "change" and we must hate poor people to not want universal health care and we're racist too.
