Gallup and Rasmussen both poll every week and last week their numbers were
Rasmussen Reports 8/23 - 8/29 3500 LV 45 39 Republicans +6
Gallup 8/23 - 8/29 1540 RV 51 41 Republicans +10
You really need to learn more about the statistical and sampling errors that exist in all polls, or just stop reading them.

The average in not a range it is a single number and the average was 6.7 which was little changed from what it was a week ago. but the Rasmussen poll changed by 6. in the other direction

Well as much as I would like to blame the problem on Democrats and only democrats we Republicans have to assume partial blame too. Our elected officials on both sides have let us down, they are corrupt, inept, and partisan. They being Republican and Democrats, when we have PAC's, Unions, and Corporations sending that much money to Washington to buy influence, what chances do you think that we as individual citizens have, so yes, we as a nation are not happy and we need to elect new blood who hasn't yet been corrupted, and keep electing new blood until the money spent to corrupt them is not worth it, because there is no such thing as a career politician.
